American History

In 10th Grade American History we try to cover everything from the Bering Strait Land Bridge to Present! Now clearly that is a lot of information to take in and cover so we fly through different parts. Our big focuses are on the Trail of Tear/Indian Removal, Civil War, Imperialism, Immigration, Industrialization, the World War's, Roaring 20's, Great Depression, and hopefully get to the Civil Rights. Every year we end with a research essay in which the students get to select any person in American History and explain why he/she is truly important to American History.
